Error 404 try again message trying to upgrade to premium

  It seems we can no longer burn cd without getting message to insert blank cdr or make sure blank is clean. Everything we use to have access to now must pay for upgrade to premium & you get error 404 try again message.

  We see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus 20/20. If you installed RealPlayer 22, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 22 and install RealPlayer 20/20. You can install RealPlayer 20/20 by clicking this link.
