after upgrading to realplayer 22 my DVD play option is gone.

after my third paid upgrade realplayer won't play a DVD, It says i need a upgrade and i did probably about a month ago. i have sent email to realplayer also called with the option     "0" and then get hung up on with no luck. maybe they will respond here? i have logged out and back in.

  Issue was resolved in a timely matter, I did the upgrade and now I will set back and wait for my refund, which I fully trust them to give back. i guess one really needs to know whats happening when offered a upgrade. you should compare what you have before the upgrade and what you have afterwards. thank you real player.
