Unable to download YouTube video

Hey, I am unable to download any YouTube video on realplayer downloader. It says Realplayer cannot download videos on this page. I have attempted this instruction found on previous post, but it does not work for me:

1. Attempt to download any video of your choice (You will still have the same error).
2. Simply restart your computer.
3. Upon restarting your computer, the Downloader will be updated in the backend and your downloads should start working.

 

I have the latest Realplayer 22 installed. Please assist

  I can not burn my downloaded videos. It alsways tells me "It does not fit" when I am trying to burn my downloads. What must I do?

  I'm trying to find a cheap program to split videos. I find the same problem with longer videos.

  Phuc,

  Please follow these additional steps to resolve your issue.
   

  1. Open a Windows folder
  2. Go to C:\ProgramData\Real\RealUpgrade
  3. Delete all the files in this folder (Caution: Please make sure you are deleting these files correctly and not any other files in a different folder)
  4. Restart PC.
  5. Follow the 3 steps we originally provided again.
  6. Restart PC once more. (This should update the videodl)

  Luigi,

  You will have to choose Video Disk Burner and not Audio CD Burner.

  If you are trying to trim a video, RealPlayer can do it for you. Go to All Programs and choose RealTrimmer.
