Please follow these additional steps to resolve your issue.

    1. Open a Windows folder
    2. Go to C:\ProgramData\Real\RealUpgrade
    3. Delete all the files in this folder (Caution: Please make sure you are deleting these files correctly and not any other files in a different folder)
    4. Restart PC.
    5. Follow the 3 steps we originally provided again.
    6. Restart PC once more. (This should update the videodl)

Please note: We don't support RealPlayer v.18 or earlier.

    Joan and Bernstein,

What version of RealPlayer do you have?

Please note: We don't support RealPlayer v.18 or earlier.

I believe most of us are using the up-to-date version.  It's a problem. You KNOW it's a problem.  Stop trying to put it on us.  How many threads of the same issue do you need?  Not to mention, it's now causing serious issues with my PC.  It will start running in the background, slowing my PC to a dead stop.  I have to go into program manager and force it to stop to recover the use of my PC.

    Joan,

Our downloader issue was fixed over 10 days ago and 1000s of our users have confirmed that they are able to download videos again. If it is still not working for you, something else may be going on. We have asked you multiple times for additional information but have not heard back. So requesting once again - What version of RealPlayer do you have?

Lastly, request you to keep your language civil. Our records show that even your emails to customer support (dating back from 2018) have been rude with a lot of unprofessional language. If this continues, we will be forced to ban you from our community.

You LIE again.  You have NOT asked me for further information, or I'd have gotten an email!  I don't need to be CIVIL to company that does NOTHING but fuck up constantly, then tries to blame the customers!  Yup, BAN ME, because you want to keep making a mess of things, and keep people from speaking out!

RN Support, if you have read my concern/question (above) carefully, you would know what version of RealPlayer I have (RP22 version 22.0.1.307). Ben

RN Support, just a follow up to my latest post above that I had the RP22 version 22.0.1.307 after upgrade last week.  This week I re-upgraded and replaced RP22 using the link on your company's website.  So I now have the RP22 version 22.0.1.306.

    Bernstein,

We never had 22.0.1.307 released to begin with so that is why we are intrigued by that number you had previously. We see that you posted that you indeed have the correct version of the downloader now but are using Brave browser.

Please note: We only support Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. The Downloader will work on these browsers only.

Please try one of these and let us know if you are still having issues.
