Will not start

When I Click on the Icon nothing happens.

I removed realplayer from my computer because It was not opening when I clicked on the icon and nothing happened 

and did a clean install because I thought it would fix the problem But it did not when I Click on the icon nothing happens

  Well the blue and white one with an r in the middle and it says realplayer at the bottom
