Your product doesn't work!!
I burnt a DVD and it worked but the second one doesn't play no nothing like it doesn't recognize it. What kind of person makes something that doesn't work!! Only those that are greedy!! I see their area lot of unsatisfied people that have your product and it makes me sick to see that. One shouldn't have to keep downloading a product over and over to get it to work I updated it and it still doesn't work that is a sign of greed. You don't buy a product to find out it doesn't work all the time would you I think you would get sick of it and move on and especially if it keeps crashing or failing so I suggest you fix this issue before your junk is something nobody wants

On the second DVD, did it burn successfully or not? When you say it doesn't recognize can you please let us know if RealPlayer doesn't detect the disk or something else? It would help to have more information. Please provide screenshots of the error.

No It didn't burn it started the burn process when I pressed burn, but a minute later it stopped and then it closed real player completely so I had to reopen real player and then put all the videos that I wanted to burn in the burn area and once I did that I pressed burn and it started the process and after a minute it closed real player again I did this a few time before I gave up and sent you a notification.

No It wasn't burned. I pressed burn, and it began the burning process, but a minute later it stopped and shut down Real Player completely. I had to open Real Player again, after which I placed all the videos I wanted to burn in the burn area. I then pressed burn, and it began burning, but a minute later it shut down Real Player once more. I tried doing this a few times before giving up and notifying you.
