Realdownload stuck on "waiting to download"

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Realplayer 2x, I don't have anything saying "flash" in my apps or programs, so the the similar issues I've read here don't help.

I have V20.22.02

  Can you please check if you have a path to download your videos? You can do so by following these steps.

  • Open RealPlayer Downloader window.
  • Click the logo on the top left and click Preferences.

  Please see if there is a path to where your videos should be downloaded. If it is blank, please select the folder you want the videos to be downloaded to. 

  If you already have a download path, can you please let us know the following information:

  Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using?
