Extra icon with downloaded video

I keep getting an extra icon when downloading a video. This extra icon is white and has the title of the original video. On deleting this extra icon, there is no harm to the original icon/video.

  This is the subtitle file related to the video that you download. If you don't want this, you can simply uncheck "Download Subtitle" in the Downloader button on the web browser.
