Uploading videos to Instagram

I’m trying to download/upload a music video to Instagram. I see other accounts do this all the time. It’s a continuous video, and the user would attach a link to the full video because IG is a 60 second clip. Is there a way to do this through real player? I understand that I can connect my phone and pc, which would make this process convenient to upload the video from my phone

  You can't upload to Instagram directly from RealPlayer however all the videos that show up in RealPlayer are actually videos that are stored in your PC's hard disk. You can upload to Instagram directly from your hard disk.

  There’s an option to search YouTube videos as well. For example, I search a Slipknot video and want to upload that to my IG feed. Can that be done through RealPlayer or what would you suggest
