    same problem also ( im using the 20/20 version ) I dont want to update and have to pay again for the plus

    To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/8673259975835-Installing-RealPlayer-20-20.

    Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
