No sound in video clip after using RealTrimmer

The trimming aspect worked fine on my .mov file but when I replayed it, no matter what the playing format, no sound was heard.  I made sure it wasn't muted anywhere, so what gives?

  Can you please convert this file from .mov to .mp4 and then trim and let us know if the audio is heard?
