Premium purchase no longer showing on my account
I previously purchased a Premium RealPlayer account (with a 1 time fee) to enable me to download at unlimited speeds and upto 4k. Happilly used this for a few months. Since upgrading to the latest version of RealPlayer (version 22) all of my Premium account settings seem to have dissappeared and I dont have access to them - I just keep getting prompted to purchase Premium again and pay another 1 time fee. I've also tried signing out and back in and deleting the Cookie it recommended on support - nothing! Please help!

Me too, and I can't find a way to contact RealPlayer about it! "Contact" has disappeared from their site. I smell a rat!

Every time I try to go to PC from the support page I get Error 404. I'm beginning to think I'm dealing with crooks who want to charge me again for my "forever" purchase of the premium upgrade.

We see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus 20/20. If you installed RealPlayer 22, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer 22 as this is a different product with additional new features.
If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 22 and install RealPlayer 20/20. You can install RealPlayer 20/20 by clicking this link.

Once you have installed RealPlayer 20/20, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.
