Why do real downloader mp4 videos download as SRT files with .en extension added in my C: video folder and yet in Real Library they show as mp4 and are playable?
If I down load a YouTube video it downloads ok to Real Player Library and is playable, but if I go to my destination file for videos on my laptop the files are SRT files with a .en extension and not playable. It has only started doing this recently. Previously I could play videos from my PC without logging into Real. No other posts have replies or comments. How can I fix this?

.SRT files are subtitle files. Since you checked "Download Subtitles", your video (MP4) and the corresponding subtitle file (.SRT) downloads for you. .SRT files won't be playable If you don't want subtitle files, you can uncheck "Download Subtitles" from the downloader window.
