Is there a way to raise the volume on a video? 

Some I have downloaded I can barely hear with the volume at 100%.

  We have never heard of such a thing ever. Can you please share a URL of such a video where the audio is very low? 

  Have you tried playing the same video with a different media player? How does the audio sound with a different media player?
