    Did you change computers or made changes to your hard disk or Windows? All your videos that are made private will be in your hard disk only. So please confirm if any of these things change.

    There have been NO changes to the computer.  And this is the second time this has happened!

    Can you please confirm that you are signed into RealPlayer and also entered your Private Pin?

    Would you be available for a remote session? A remote session will allow us to connect to your computer remotely and troubleshoot the issue for you.  We are usually available between 10AM & 4PM PST (Pacific Time Zone), Monday through Friday. Please give us a day's notice so we can schedule time with you.
