YouTube downloads DO NOT WORK
You guys are getting more and more complaints about this. The error is 100% on your end, not ours. We have all been uninstalling, updating, clearing caches, etc. etc. etc... nothing is working. What did you do?
Some of us even paid for the upgrade to see if that would fix it, and nothing. Fix your program!

I paid 40 bucks for the upgrade and I can not down load any videos I want my money back.

Contact them through facebook messenger. Seems to be the only way they respond to anything. This is some bullshit.

We released our latest version of RealPlayer that fixes the Downloader issue. To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
Please note: Facebook and Twitter videos can't be downloaded as they have made major changes on their end which stopped the ability to download videos from their websites.
