Real Converter Error States it Can not Convert

It is not working to convert .wma audio files to .mp3 files. I have updated to the most recent version of RealPlayer. My RealPlayer Converter Version is 22.0.4.303 and is copyrighted through 2023.

  What error do you get when converting? Are you able to play this .wma file in RealPlayer?
