downloader will not download

I was asked what version I had. I do not know,but I purchased the upgrade about a month ago.With the upgrade T can rarely get the downloader to respond when I click on thr realplayer tab on the top of my screen,And when or if it will come down to search for a music video it never can find it.The technical support for realplayer is almost nonexistant.I have had good success with realplayer on previous computers.Have I gotten my moneys worth I think not.

  We recently released a newer Downloader version. Please install RealPlayer from www.real.com to update your Downloader.
