Downloader freezes 100% of the time. Every since I have purchased this, I have nothing but problems with your downloader freezing. I am tired of uninstalling and reinstalling it, just to get it work right for a short time but it still freezes some. Your program used to be so good years back but now it's a pain in the butt to get it to work. What's the problem that's causing this and how are you going to fix it?  I truly think I wasted my MONEY with this company. Usually a company software programs get better as time goes on, but THIS IS BREAKING THE NORM. i PURCHASED a product that seemED not to care if it's premium members can use it or not. WAY TO GO REALPLAYER

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.
