trimmer does not work

To resolve this issue, try installing he following codec:

If the issue persists, please perform clean uninstall and re-install of RealTimes by following the link:

If you are still unable to trim videos, please provide the following information:

• What happens when you try to trim?
• Is this happening to all videos or just with a particular one?
• Are you able to play the file that you are trying to trim?
• What is the source file format?(extension)
• If possible, can you send us a screenshot? (Refer this link: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039473)
• What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (See https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)
• What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?
• Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?

The more specific you are, the better I will be able to assist you.

The stupidity started from the day you added real times! Real times/real player stopped my computer working! I paid money to get rid from your uploads! They are full of virus! I do not care! I do not want your cloud! I do not want to pay by month by year or any kind of this nonsense! I bought real player only for your converter and your trimmer! Your new updates are causing huge problems and I don't want them! I only want realplayer16plus to work and it is not working! SOLVE IT!

The clean uninstall does not fix the problem. I fully executed the drill down suggested below and the trimmer is still not working.

I guess it time to break down and purchase a real (no pun intended) audio trimmer.
