real player 16 plus
I have a lifetime subscription for real player plus for many years now. I have found out that real player no longer supports real player 16 ( which is what I have been using no problems ). How do I keep my features without paying again? If I do have to pay again, I think it's only fair that I pay a discounted price being a long time customer with a lifetime subscription. Can you send me a link so I can download realtimes 18 plus? Also I hope this is the last time I have to pay as I thoroughly enjoy using real player, but I don't want to pay again.

When you originally purchased RealPlayer Plus, you purchased version RealPlayer 16, which was a one-time charge. With that purchase, you received updates and support of that version for no additional fees or hidden charges. We're no longer making any updates to RealPlayer 16 (or RealPlayer Cloud).
Although customers who purchased RealPlayer 16 Plus continued to enjoy their Plus features at no extra charge when we released RealPlayer Cloud, in the new RealTimes these features are available only with a Premium or Unlimited subscription. A subscription unlocks many more features than just the Plus features!

If you would like to download the previous version RealPlayer Cloud and access plus features, first uninstall the latest version from your computer by following this article: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040013

After downloading the free version, sign in to access the Plus features of the player:
- Open RealPlayer.
- From the RealPlayer menu in the upper left, choose Sign in.
- Enter your email address and password.
After you are signed in, you should see a RealPlayer Plus icon located in the upper left corner of the player.

i dont want realplayer 18 i want realplayer 16 in which I already pay for and i dont have because I had to uninstall it and reinstall it

Please note that, older versions are not available in our system, and we are no longer supporting RealPlayer 16 and any version before that.
As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products.
We are now offering RealPlayer 18/RealTimes. This is the latest version of RealPlayer with many additional features. To access the Premium features of RealPlayer 18 will require a new purchase, because this is a new product.
