When you originally purchased RealPlayer Plus, you purchased version RealPlayer 15 or earlier, which was a one-time charge. With that purchase, you received updates and support of that version for no additional fees or hidden charges.
As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it is not possible to continue supporting legacy and historic products, including:
- RealPlayer 15, 14, SP and 11 (for Windows), 10.5 and 10 (Windows and Mac)No email or phone support is available for these products. Product development has stopped, and no updates or security patches will be released for these product versions.
Please be aware that we are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud or RealPlayer 16 as well, and popular features such as Download This Video may not work on these versions. Therefore, we strongly recommend using RealTimes.See what's new in RealTimes: http://www.real.com/features?ref=cloud

I really would just get what I paid for no return money. I bought a service but this has without a doubt been the most aggravation service I have had to deal with. A week ago I had to purchase a device to add so I would have an F drive. Even when the downloader would work my new laptop's e drive would stop after putting one song on a disk then it would eject the cd and tell me to make sure the cd was clean. Now I could not re use all those CDs because as soon as I would try realplayer would say WILL NOT FIT. Well it was about right on time again when a week ago the cds I was able to burn with my new F drive device(about half would skip and then I would skip them out of the car) but all of a sudden no video located was the order of the day again. Did the usual uninstall and reinstall and the restarts. This day I went so far as to do an entire system recovery, not a restore, to where it was like I was back at the factory as if I had never bought this computer till today. Completed started from scratch and that did not even help. Seems to me I tried downloading some crazy nonsense from live leak and the downloader was going to recognize that web address. But live leak videos are not mp3 convertible. So I have tried all sort of browsers and even tried using other songs with different web address to no avail. I had a feeling even when I upgraded that realplayer sounded to simple to be that efficient. And I was correct. As far as my computer days are concerned by far realplayer and the downloader have been my biggest headaches and source of anxiety. I would not at all advise anyone to upgrade. The other frustrating thing is not having support you can talk too about this. Seems like when you say engineers are working on this it would be nice if we could speak with tech support. IF there is engineering working on it and not all salesman my guess is they are busy 24/7 and getting paid to attempt to fix it. What gets me is how the same issue have kept coming up and yet no fixes. That cause me to maybe think we were duped

Wayne,
Regarding downloading videos, we are aware of some changes made on websites like YouTube which has caused RealDownloader to not download videos.
Our engineers are working on resolving this issue. We will email you as soon as it is resolved.
We sent you an email regarding your Cd/Dvd burn. We'll take it from there.
