real times quite working

Dear people, i downloaded real times to my pc so i can download series and movies from internet sites and play them on my various media outlets such as ROKU stick and ROKU 3 box. the box is hardwired through the internet and the ROKU stick is WiFi-ed through a router.

every thing was working great and then when i went to access real times on my ROKU box it just flips back to the ROKU menu and the same thing happened to the ROKU stick.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall and nothing worked, i check my firewall to see if any settings has changed bu nothing. I'm at the end of my rope is there anything you can think of that will help me figure this out? I don't know how you plan to reach me. there is no where on this page for that.
