realplayer fails to burn videos

every time i try to burn videos from my library I keep getting an error box it only burns when it wants to .What do I need to do. it shows error with numbers like 20155616565 or not exact numbers but long list just like it. Waste of my money having to keep buying disc and they become no good after the whole process after I get error box
