 I would like to know if I am eligible to use RealPlayer 16 with the premium features I paid for back when the player I used was RealPlayer 10 Gold? No matter how many times I install, uninstall and install again cannot sign IN.

  You can access the Plus features of a particular version only when you purchase the Plus features associated with it. For example, the plus features associated with RealPlayer 18 cannot be used in RealPlayer Cloud or RealPlayer 16.

  To add, as RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it is not possible to continue supporting legacy and historic products, including:
  
  - RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16, 15, 14, SP and 11 (for Windows), 10.5 and 10 (Windows and Mac).

  We are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16, or prior versions, so some features (such as Download This Video) may not work on these versions. In this case, we recommend you to install RealTimes which is compatible on Windows 7 or higher.
