realplayer 16 plus

I purchased realplayer 16 plus.  not long ago I was unable to open realplayer and found that to reactivate it I had to down load the free version and then when I would sign in I would get the plus features. I did this but did not get the plus features.  my problem with the new free version is that I use realplayer to download music videos----then burn a audio cd from them.  however the new downloads drop down box on the burn page does not allow me to select from my music videos.  since this is what I want how do I fix this?????do I need to buy the new upgrade or do I download the older version of realplayer???? thank you in advance for your help.

  RealTimes is designed in such a way that you either add the video files to playlist or convert them to audio format and then burn.
  
  To convert videos to audio, follow the steps in the below article:

  Once done, click on CD/DVD
  
  

  1. Choose Current Burner as Audio CD Burner from the drop down list(At the Top)
  2. Select CD Type as Audio CD (Right pane)
  3. Double click on Music < All Music
  4. Select the converted mp3 by double clicking them or drag and drop to burn list

  Then, Click on CD/DVD
  
  

  1. Choose Current Burner as Audio CD Burner from the drop down list(At the Top)
  2. Select CD Type as Audio CD (Right pane)
  3. Select the playlist and then add it by double clicking them or drag and drop to burn list
