changing password
Hello, I am having problems logging into Realtimes. I have forgotten my password but when I click on the link to reset password it says "e-mail sent" but no email arrives how do I change my password? my computer's OS is windows 10 my browser is Microsoft Edge. Please advise. Thank You.

- Check your junk / spam mail folder. Sometimes our email are mistakenly placed in these folders by your mail service provider.
- If you are waiting for an email to reset your password, add realtimes@real.com to your allowed contacts list, then reset your password again.
- Make sure that support@realnetworks.zendesk.com is added to your allowed contacts list.
