 I purchased RealPlayer Plus a few years ago. I have a new laptop, and would like to install it. I am unable to. Can you send me a link, because using the email password that I thought it was under, is just registering as a free realplayer account.

  On checking our records, I see that you have purchased RealPlayer 16. Customers who purchased RealPlayer 16 Plus continued to enjoy their Plus features at no extra charge when we released RealPlayer Cloud, in the new RealTimes these features are available only with a Premium or Unlimited subscription. A subscription unlocks many more features than just the Plus features! Read more about features and pricing.  

  If you wish to install, RealPlayer Cloud/RealPlayer 16 follow the article:

  Once installed, sign into RealPlayer to access the Plus features.
