realplayer plus won t download videos

I have removed and reinstalled realplayer about 5 times to get it to work and it still wont. I get the download tab in realplayer browser but every time i try to download is says unable to download

  To resolve this issue, try updating the RealDownloader manually by following the article:

  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/214170087

  Once done, restart the computer and then try to download videos.
