Video playback issue
I know you don't provide updates for older versions (Windows Vista), but it won't even play the videos I already have in the library. What gives? I should be able to play them if the program is installed. I shouldn't have to buy a new computer or program just to play my already downloaded videos . Also, considering I live in Mexico, most of the currently sold computers come with Windows Vista installed. So, what, Latin America can't use the program because they are behind the times?
