trying to reconnect RealPlayer Plus

 I paid for RealPlayer Plus long ago but system for unknown reason reverted to basic RealPlayer. This has happened before and staff helped reconnect. Tried to sign in but system says it can't find my account. Think the system may be at my old email address or maybe the one I added sometime ago.

II followed your instructions but could not connect. The process always ended with the notice that RealPlayer was no longer working. My former email address of fl***********t is now used as my wife's email address. I use and prefer s**********t
