RealPlayer Plus 16 install

Dear Sir

              I bought Real Player v16 10/9/2013 because it had all the features I required for audio, such as levelling the recording source the same on all tracks before I burn a disc. I had to buy a new computer and I have lost this as I have only the basic Real Player now. I do not want to spend nearly another £30 to upgrade. Can the current Real Player be updated without  a further charge. The account number for the above date is 4005338670 and it coast £19.99.

  Customers who purchased RealPlayer 16 Plus continued to enjoy their Plus features at no extra charge when we released RealPlayer Cloud, in RealPlayer 18/RealTimes these features are available only with the purchase of RealPlayer Plus or a subscription to RealTimes Premium or Unlimited.  

  You can install RealPlayer 16/RealPlayer Cloud, from the below article:

  Once installed, sign in to access the Plus features.

  Note: As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products. We are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16, or prior versions, so some features (such as Download This Video) may not work on these versions.
