old account

i had an old account with the email K******** and tried using it and it says its invalid. I had all kinds of music on it . is there anyway to get it back?

  Tab-Bill,

  When you play or save files, RealPlayer stores all information about them in its database and creates a list of those files in its Library view. However, the files themselves are not stored in RealPlayer; they remain only in your PC hard drive. Therefore, the only way to get your music back is if you still have access to the hard drive where it was originally saved.

  We don't currently have an option to reactivate an account. You are welcome to create a new account using the same email address and either the same password or a different one.
