What happens when you burn videos to a DVD? What error message do you get? Also, what version of RealPlayer do you currently have installed?

I have Real Player 20/20 Plus, purchased in 2019. I am running it on a Windows 10 laptop. When I attempt to compile a video burn list, I am unable to drag any videos that are in my library. At the bottom of the screen, it says DVD Burning: Disabled. When I click on the word "Disabled," it takes me to a screen offering to upgrade me to 22/22 Plus for $39.99. Have already done a software update that tells me my software is updated.

I simply want to continue to use the 20/20 Plus plan I paid for and be able to burn DVDs. I hope you can help.

We see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus 20/20. If you installed RealPlayer 22, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer 22 as this is a different product with additional new features.

If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 22 and install RealPlayer 20/20. You can install RealPlayer 20/20 by clicking this link.

Once you have installed RealPlayer 20/20, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.

OK, I uninstalled 22/22, and installed 20/20. I signed in, but still do not have any DVD burning capability as I paid for in the Plus plan. What is the next step?

I poked around a bit more, and now it DOES appear that I have the capability to burn a DVD disc. I thank you for your assistance. Have a great day.
