Unable to download videos. Getting error code 2130932483

  Please confirm if you are downloading videos from a website or burning DVDs? Such an error won't show up when downloading videos. So please clarify.

  error code 2130932483 usually is due to the following reasons.
   
   1. Faulty/corrupted file.
   2. Bad DVD Disk.
   3. Bad DVD Drive.
   
  You could use RealConverter to convert the video to MP4. Add this converted MP4 to your DVD burn list and let us know if it burns successfully.

  I converted to MP4 . It started to burn then the error 2130932483 cane up. All my video downloads appear as MP4. The last time I tried i converted two of them to realplayer and still the error message came up.

  I've bought new lap top and dvd player. Seems to be working OK mow.
