RealPlayer Login Failure “Maximum allowed device count reached for this account”

    Here are steps to login to your account and remove the additional devices already linked to your RealTimes account.

    • Click
    • Sign into your account.
    • Click your name on the top right corner and click Account Settings.
    • In Account Settings page, click Devices and Deauthorize to unlink the devices you aren't using.
