Movies not moving

Couple days ago I responded to a pop-up to update my Real Player. Since that update about 20% of my clips will not move. I can get the frames to change by using the fast forward, but cannot get the movie to play.  They all worked before the update.

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.
