"Real Player cannot download videos on this page" ???
Getting "Real Player cannot download videos on this page" error for literally EVERY video I try to download from YouTube, even ones I've previously been able to download, first noticed it yesterday [3/21/24]. I have uninstalled the old version & reinstalled Real Player (like 20 minutes ago), still not working. Also restarted my computer, restarted RealDownloader & my browser, changed the video settings in You Tube, changed the download location - none of these helped either. Not sure if this is an actual Real Player issue or You Tube pulling shenanigans again...

Can you please let us know the following information:
Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using?

I have version 22.0.5.3.10.1 and I cannot download any videos, I am getting the message "Realplayer cannot download videos from this page". I have done all of the same work arounds and nothing has helped. I have had this problem before and your support team helped, please help again!

Honestly, every video. I've tested it by going from random vid to vid on YouTube for over the course of a couple of hours just to see if i could get anything on Youtube to work and did not have a single success. For reference though, if you require a specific vid URL. I tested it on link that Kent added a few posts above this one and that didn't work either. I've even tried it on the vid link that RealPlayer provides on it's site as an example that should always work and it did not: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1zPf2whpes
Basically anything I try on Youtube provides the same response: RealPlayer cannot download videos on this page. I'm a little lost and really hoping that you can find a fix.

Uninstalling and reinstalling RealPlayer fixed the problem for me. I have had to do it several times.

Edit: Thought it'd fixed the problem, unfortunately it still persists. Thank you Kent for the suggestion. I ended up reinstalling multiple times and it did work on the first video I played. Unfortunately, immediately after that RealPlayer reverted back to the same "RealPlayer cannot download videos on this page. I even reloaded the page of the first video that worked and it displayed the same "fail" message as well.

RN Support, any ideas? I've uninstalled/reinstalled probably 2 dozen times at this point. Any vid on Youtube is inaccessible while vids on others sites still work fine. I purchased the RealPlayer 24 upgrade hoping that would fix the issue as Youtube is an advertised feature yet I still get the "Real Player cannot download videos on this page" on any Youtube vids that I attempt to use it on.
