Real Player not working even after installing updates
My wife and I are Premium Plus members. The program stopped working recently.....again! We downloaded and installed updates and restarted both the laptops and still does not find the videos we used to watch and download across Many platforms.
This happens far too often but usually the program starts working again by itself. But this time its been a few days now and it has not started working.
I am sick of this crappy program and REQUIRE a FULL REFUND. We will be going over to a rival company who can provide a truly better service for our hard earned money

Can you please let us know the following information:
Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
