サムネが表示されない
サムネが表示されなくなりました。

下記の解決策をお試しください: サムネイルキャッシュを削除する。
1. Windows の [スタート] ボタンをクリックし、検索フィールドに「ディスク クリーンアップ」と入力して Enter キーを押します。
2. [縮小表示] の横にあるチェックボックスをオンにして、[OK] をクリックします。
3. [ファイルの削除] をクリックします。
4. [ディスク クリーンアップ] により、サムネイルキャッシュが削除され、終了します。
5. PC を再起動します。サムネイルが RealTimes (RealPlayer) ライブラリに表示されるようになります。
と書いてありますが、この方法を試してもサムネは未だに表示されません。
解決方法ご教示ください。お願いします。

Where do you not see the thumbnails? Are you not seeing them in RealPlayer or in the folder where your videos are stored?
If you are not seeing them in the folder where your videos are stored also, then you have a Windows problem. If Windows is able to see the thumbnails, RealPlayer will also show them. Please confirm.

Windows側にはサムネは表示されています。Windowsに不具合はありません。
Real Player側のサムネだけが表示されません。
解決方法よろしくお願いいたします。

Can you please open a folder and go to C:\Users\<Your PC Name>User\AppData\Local\Real\RealPlayer\Content\images and let us know if you see any files here?

Real Player 25を11月にPCにインストールしましたが、この方と同様にサムネイルは相変わらず表示されず、
Real Playerのアイコンのままです。上記の質問への回答は以下の通りです。
C:\Users\<Your PC Name>User\AppData\Local\Real\RealPlayer\Content\images\ThumbsCache\CDArtCache
となっており、CDArtCache ホルダーには何も表示されません（何のフィルもない）。
解決方法を教えて下さい。
