Cannot download my Real Player 22 app

When I tried to downloader, I get an message that says "My Real Player did not download successfully.  Restart the download.  This do not solved the problem, because the message stayed the same.  I need to know what happen to my paid plan.

  Please go to https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/8673259975835-Installing-RealPlayer-20-20 and download RealPlayer 20/20. This is the version you purchased.
