Videos downloading as audio files but not as video files

When I download a video from youTube or other website it downloads as an audio file, MP3 or M4A. The download dropdown button has no other option.

  Which version of RealPlayer do you have installed. It appears that you've chosen Audio Only in the Downloader Setting. You can click Smart Downloader to download as video. See screenshot below.
