It seems like the entire business has gone incognito, no answers there, here or anywhere else. We have purchased products that are completely useless!

I found something on support.google.com that says a YouTube Premium subscription is now required in order to be able to download videos.  I have just entered the premium subscription one month trial.  I just tried to download 3 different videos and got the same error messages.  I will now shutdown and reboot my desk top to see if that works...

...It is now 2 hours later and I have rebooted and made several attempts to download YouTube videos but have had no success.  This suggests that the problem is with Real Player.

I tried several times to go through the steps to upgrade to the $39 premium with Real Player but got an error message each time.  I've had the $25 dollar version for several months.

It seems clear to me that the problem is with Real Player if they can't even accept payments (revenues).

Also why can't we contact their customer service about these problems

What business functions this way?  What the heck is going on?

I have version 22 and last time I was in contact due to malfunction they promised me that when they write "one-time-pay" they ment it.
So in my opinion the have an obligation for that it works, whatever.

null null There are several free downloaders you can use instead.
Support on Realplayer is a joke, non-existent, so don't expect help, even if you may have paid for Realplayer. I have, and don't trust this company anymore.
I bought Realplayer version 22 - but on my account settings I was informed that my player is a free sample - can you imagine?

It sounds like you're facing a frustrating issue with RealPlayer's inability to download YouTube videos despite having all the settings configured correctly. The error message must be quite perplexing, especially when you're sure the videos aren't copyright protected. Considering your detailed system information and settings, have you tried updating RealPlayer to ensure compatibility with the latest changes on YouTube? Sometimes, software updates can resolve such moto x3m downloading glitches. Additionally, exploring alternative video downloading tools might provide a temporary workaround while troubleshooting this specific issue.

If Real Player is unable to even receive payments (revenues), then it seems obvious to me that they are the issue.

Why are we unable to contact their customer support regarding these issues, What company operates in this manner?  What on earth is happening? delta executor

    Fais,

If your credit card company is not allowing the transaction to go through, there is nothing much we can do.

Please contact them and have them allow the transaction to go through.

Closing this post as it is outdated and your issue is not related to the topic. Please start a new thread.
