Unable to Download Videos
I really don't fucken understand what is going on with this service but under the same website, there are videos that it will download and then it won't download any other videos.
I have gone through your so-called support website and no matter what it has, none of the fucken suggestions work. This is why I won't fucken pay for this service as it's a piece of crap that it works when it wants to work.

I'm unable to download any video from YouTube. I see that others have had the same problem. What's the problem?

I can confirm this.
Tried while logged in, logged out, and with / without VPN (multiple servers tried).
RP finds the video and adds it to the Download List, but then goes to "Unable to Download..."
Latest version of RP / Downloader installed.
Download from other sites (youtube; other adult sites; etc.) = OK
FYI, this is new as of September, 2025

If you are able to download videos from other websites, it most likely means that YouTube has blocked you from downloading their videos.

The downloader does not work although I have paid to download . when I want to download a video and i open the window to paste the url, it shows a time jar and does not let me paste the video

What happens when you click the Downloader button from the top of your browser?

was working fine, then I paid to upgrade and now it's wont download!
