Cloud playback problems

I have used your cloud for videos up to date with no problem but the last two videos I included and then uploaded will ONLY play through my PC on my computer and TV NOT through the cloud. Please advise.

How are you playing those 2 Cloud videos on your TV? If you are using a Roku device, please be aware that there are some issues with the Roku device. Unfortunately we don't have any more development work happening with the Roku app.
