Realdownloader Stuck

My video has downloaded but is stuck in the "convert to RealMedia" point.  It just seems to be waiting for something.  Could it have something to do with the fact that I can't sign in?

  To resolve this, please cancel this and redownload the video. You can also uncheck the "Convert to RealMedia" if you wish.

  1. Open RealDownloader

  2. Click the RealDownloader logo on the top left corner and click Preferences

  3. Uncheck"Convert videos to RealMedia HD in the background

  And, no it has nothing to do with your sign in.
