"Prevent downloaded videos from automatic upload to Cloud"

I have attempted both suggestions with no positive results.

I am using Real Player 18.1 with Windows 10 Home

When I select the downloader there is NO SUCH COMMAND at the bottom of the page.

When I go into my account at Real.com I am connecting to RealTimes and I am not finding anything that directs me to controlling the cloud.  Only that I have it.

I have already uninstalled RealPlayer (saved all of my files, however) and there is no positive results still.

I DO NOT WANT CLOUD TO AUTOMATICALLY GET EVERYTHING THAT IS DOWNLOADED TO MY ACCOUNT!!  I paid for it and I want to control it without having to disconnect my archive disc drive or sign in and out every time I want to use Real (which is frequently).!!

  The feature where videos automatically get uploaded were changed in a few versions back. Our latest version 18.1.10.217 doesn't have this feature. Please make sure you are installing the latest version where you will have the control of what files go to the Cloud.

  buenas ,llevo muchos anos con ustedes,en los cuales han cambiado varias veces el nombre,e sido premium desde el principio y e pagado el maximo de 100gb siempre,en el mes de septiembre dijeron algo de un cambio  no se si de espacio o lo que es,el caso es que estoy pagando el maximo 9.99 todos los meses y jamas me deja llevar a la nube porque me dice que no hay espacio,no comprendo si en todo el mes no uso el programa como es posible que no me deje subir nada a la nube,cosa que hago por gusto porque mis descargas de hace anos desaparecen automaticamente de mis album,al otro mes me aparecen vacio todos los album ,tanto de fotos como de peliculas o lo que sea, me pregunto ???que objetivo tiene tener este programa bien pagado pero inutilizable,donde a desaparecido todo lo descargado de hace muchos anos, ??me podrian responder mi pregunta por favor,y canceleme el maximo de descarga,porque no tiene objetivo ya para mi,por favor cambiar para 4.99,que me parece demasiado ya que no cumple ninguna funsion dicho programa,hhan echo un muy mal cambio la verdad,y a perdido mucha calidad su programa,es una pena pero tengo que decirselo,?porque este cambio y porque desaparece todo lo subido ya a la nube,gracias espero su respuesta a ver si me convence de que estoy equivocada y porque,gracias,rosa cunis
