Can't converte a trimmed video

Hey. I have already downloaded a video and I can convert it to mp3, and I can trimme it, but I can't trimme it and then convert it. Why is that?

  We are not aware of any such issues. You should be able to convert a full video to a MP3 as well as a trimmed video to MP3.

  I have the same problem. After I trimmed the video, I have only save option to save it. The trimmed video did not show on the list. I only see the original untrimmed video in the list.  There's no error message .Thus, I only saved trimmed video to my computer. Can you please send me the detail steps and location to select after video was trimmed. What should I do to convert it to mp3. Please send your answer to my email. Thanks

  Albert,

  When you trim a video, the trimmed video is automatically prompted to be saved. You can choose where you want to save the trimmed video. By default file stored in folders namely Videos, Music and Pictures are automatically part of RealPlayer's library. If you save your trimmed folders in a different folder, you will need to include that folder in RealPlayer's Preferences.

  If you want to convert a video to MP3, please follow these steps.

  1. Right click on a video in RealPlayer library.

  2. Click Edit --> Convert.

  3. Choose output as MP3.

  4. Choose the folder you want to save the converted file.
