RealPlayer 2018

This week I put the new RealPlayer 2018 on my PC, also signed up and bought the plus version.
With my previous RealPlayer Cloud I was able to download almost all videos from YouTube (except the blocked ones). With the 2018 version I can hardly download videos. The download starts, then the download speed decreases and when the download is almost complete I get the message "unable to download". What could be the cause of this? Best regards, Jos
