DVD burn error message
Just installed RealPlayer and am trying to burn DVD for the first time using Windows 1-. Received this message:
"General Error: The software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system"
"Help" suggests that those using Windows Vista try downloading the "FFDSHOW" decoder for free, by doing a web search. Is this applicable for Windows 10 as well? If yes, what is a safe website for doing this? Can a novice do this?

Please note: You may receive this error if you are trying to burn files that are not compatible with RealPlayer's burn feature.
Please convert the files to MP4 and then you should be able to burn them without any problems.
You could always install a codec pack to enable RealPlayer to play different types of files.
Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:
http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm
After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.
